Children's Ministries
Thank you for visit the Grand Junction Nazarene Children’s Ministries page! We are a ministry to children and students from birth to 5th Grade and their families. Here at Grand Junction Nazarene, we believe every child is important to God and has tremendous potential through Jesus. All of our programming is intentionally designed to help develop within each child a love for Jesus and His church. Your family is welcome here!
Nursery
The nursery is available for parents each Sunday morning during Sunday School classes and worship service. Whether you need a clean space to change a diaper, sit with a crying and fussy baby or a private place to nurse, we have you covered.
Toddler's
A Toddler class is available during both Sunday School and the Worship Service on Sunday Mornings. This is a space in which they can play and begin to learn about God at their level. We want even the youngest to know who created them and that He has created us each to be unique and special.
Sunday School
Sunday School classes are at 9:30 a.m. each Sunday morning. There are opportunities for children toddler to fifth grade.
Children's Worship
We believe that Children learn a true expression of worship by watching their family and friends. So, while we do not have a "children's church" on a regular basis, we do provide activities and so forth to help the children be entertained and learn about God while watching and learning from their family.
Mid-Week Children's Ministries
Each Wednesday night at 6 p.m. we meet in the children’s modular #1 behind our main church building. This is a time of games, worship, activities and learning about God in an environment and method specifically for children ages 4 to 5th grade.
